C & J Equestrian Supplies is a newly formed company however in the short time we have been established we have earned a reputation for reliability and excellent customer service. Indeed, a large percentage of our new clients are recommended by happy existing customers.

We are  a family run business with full hands on control. In this way we can continue to make sure that you, the customer, receive the service you have come to expect from C and J Equestrian Supplies.

How To Order

You can order the products you want , secure in the knowledge that our level of customer service is always of the highest standard. Mastercard, Visa, Solo and Switch card orders are welcome. An on-line shop is coming shortly.

By Post

You can order by Post by completing the order form on our website. You can use Mastercard, Visa, Solo or Switch, or send a cheque or postal order. (Please do not send cash).
Please make cheques payable to C and J Equestrian Supplies and write your cheque card number on the reverse. If you don't have an order form, please write out your order clearly on paper and post it to C and J Equestrian Supplies, 40 Ivycroft Road, Warton, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 0HL.

By phone

Telephone orders are always welcome, again, using Mastercard, Visa, Solo or Switch. We can advise you on sizes etc. if you telephone on mobile 07890 855751 during office hours. An answer service is available outside these hours.

By Fax

We have a 24 hour fax line - so you can complete your order form and fax it to us at any time. Be sure to enclose your telephone number in case of queries. Fax your form to 01827 894525

Overseas orders

We are happy to export orders. Postage is charged at cost, (min. £4.95). The VAT may be deducted on orders to non EC countries and BFPO addresses by dividing the price shown by 1.175. (If the item is marked * this indicates that the product is zero rated and so there is no VAT to deduct.) Please always ask for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent.

Delivery

Where goods ordered are in stock, despatch is usually the same day for Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. We can also offer our 'delivery next day service', (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands).
Alternatively, please allow up to five working days for Standard Service.

Postage

Postage and packing within the UK is normally £4.95 standard, £8.50 express service, (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands) and £17 for Saturday delivery. For large orders or big items it may be more than this, in which case we will advise you at the time. Postage is not refundable on returns.

Returns

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Prices

Prices are liable to increase occasionally, for reasons beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone, letter or email, to request your instructions.

VAT

All prices in the catalogue and on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
